What an agency stops paying for

Seven jobs sit between a brief and a published article. Rankli does all seven for $1,200 a month across 5 sites — about $13.33 an article.

Per client

One project per client. Nothing shared.

Its own voice

Learned from that client’s own pages: tone, sentence length, the words they never use.

Its own keywords and calendar

Researched from their site and competitors, planned a month ahead, editable before a word is written.

Its own CMS connection

Verified before anything publishes, draft or live per connection, and never posting the same article twice.

Its own exchange setting

Off until you turn it on for that site. The guardrails are in code, not a policy page.

Its own measurement

Monthly AI-citation measurement per client, with a held-out control and a prediction written down first.

Its own history

What was published, what was predicted and what happened — the part you put in front of them on a call.

Straight answers

The questions that come up on every agency call.

Can I keep Rankli invisible to my clients?

Not yet. You can run every client from one account and publish into their CMS unseen — but white-label branding is named as not shipped, and there is no branded report to hand them.

Is there an approval step before anything reaches a client’s live site?

Yes, per connection: draft or live, and nothing publishes until we have verified the credentials can create posts there. You can also pre-create a scheduled article up to seven days early.

What happens when a client leaves?

Their project stays as it is — calendar, drafts, history, voice — and you disconnect the CMS. Downgrading reduces how many projects can be active, never how many exist.

Two of my clients are in the same niche. Will they get the same article?

They can overlap, and there is no de-duplication feature. What you get is the whole month’s keywords on screen per client before a word is written, so you move an overlap rather than discover it.

Can each client have their own tone and audience?

That is what a project is. Voice, banned phrases, keywords, calendar, image style and CMS are per project — nothing shared but your login and your bill.

How does the backlink exchange work for client sites?

Off until you turn it on for that client. Relevance of at least 0.35, 1 link an article, 3 a week, never a reciprocal pair. The risk lands on your client’s domain.
